A free, quality conference for teachers, by teachers - to make math easier for you.
This conference is PERFECT for you if you've ever wondered how to:
It's just SO FRUSTRATING when your kids keep talking over you, isn' t it?!
You might have noticed that your students listen when certain teachers or admin are around, but they just don't seem to respect you.
How can you teach if they won't be quiet?!
You'll FINALLY earn how to get students to stop talking.
You'll also learn why this is happening, and how to address it.
At this point, you'd take the students just PARTICIPATING.
Like, actually doing any of the work.
...but when you're really honest with yourself, you'd love to see your students actually get excited for math (instead of groaning as they take their math books out).
We all know how important it is to have student-centered learning.
But how? And what does student-centered learning actually look like??
During this conference, you'll learn several tips, methods and strategies to help your students experience pure flow and full presence while learning!
In most math blocks, students are missing out on instruction.
How can we simultaneously challenge gifted students, enrich students who have mastered a standard, scaffold for struggling students, provide supports for ELLs, accommodate and modify for students on IEPs? It even SOUNDS exhausting.
Thankfully, we have veteran teachers specializing in this area presenting.
There is just SO MUCH that goes into maintaining and facilitating math centers.
What do students do at their stations? How do you plan for guided math?
What do students work on while they're still at their desks? What data do you track? We have experts on this topic speaking at this year's conference.
Stop saying, "I'm not a math person,"
and get connected to a caring community of teachers who want to help you succeed!!
Meaningful math PD on-demand and in your pajamas - for upper elementary teachers.
Let's make math easier.
I totally get it if you're hesitant.
2021 has been one heck of a year; it's certainly given 2020 a run for its money!
But this is exactly why we all need this.
This is not a conference where you'll just be taught or preached to. This is a community experience to reignite your spark for teaching!
And it's totally free January 7th-9th.
Watch and participate from wherever you want, while wearing whatever you want (yay for leggings and sweatpants!!).
Our incredible speakers are teachers in the trenches - as well as tutors, instructional coaches, curriculum designers, and creators of educational resources on TeachersPayTeachers.
Read their bios, say "hi" to them on social media, and let them know you're looking forward to their session!
