The short answer? Bartering is an exchange of services, instead of an exchange of a service for money!
It's great for people who have skills and some time, but not enough money to pay for help on their own.
How do you make sure the exchange is fair?
When you join, you'll get access to a live, ever-updated sheet that shows what the fair market value for each service or deliverable is.
From there, you can find someone that offers a service for about that same amount.
And of course, there's always room for negotiation!
This is an exchange, right? What if I don't have ANY time?
I'm going to be really real with you; all businesses take time or money.
If you don't have any time for your business, then you need to have a lot of money to pay for ads to get discovered - and for labor to make everything happen.
However, you WILL save time because you'll be WASTING less time.
Will this work for my business, though??
This is perfect for digital product creators, service providers, coaches and bloggers who need a few hours of help a month.
You must have a skill you're willing to offer in exchange for other work done. I'll be facilitating and making sure everything is fair!
What if someone does work for me and it isn't very good?
There's always this risk, for sure - but:

Do I really have a skill others would want??
100% yes. The only "catch" is that it must be deliverable online.
If you're a pro with graphic design, copywriting, credit card points, travel hacking, human design, podcasting, money management, web design, blog writing... if it's something that will save a business owner money or time, you are WELCOME!
What if it's a "personal" skill, and not a "business-y" thing?
Personal and business stuff is so interconnected when you're an entrepreneur. I'm personally on a weight loss journey myself - so if I could offer a fitness coach social media help in exchange for help with meal planning, I'd jump on that opportunity!!
Can I promote my own services, products, courses, etc?
Absolutely not.
But what you CAN do, is be an absolute professional in all skill swaps - and I promise you that your work will speak FOR you!!
If someone approaches YOU after a swap about paid work, go for it.
What if someone tries to upsell me on paid services after a swap??
This is a safe community where I'm setting up very clear expectations from the beginning.
But if anyone tries that, let me or my team know and we will shut that down REAL quick.
If after a swap you love someone's work and you do want to hire them, you're more than welcome to initiate that with them.
